Nancy's Favorite Thing: Recycled Wool Hand Puppet

Nancy is one of our fabulous design team members.  She can put together a beautiful room for anyone, no matter the challenges.  She will even head out to you and see the project in person.....we do warn you though, she might taunt you with one of her crazy tales while she's there.  Nancy loves these kooky puppets because, just like her, they can tell a story to anyone (also they are handmade, super adorable, eco-friendly and the perfect gift).

We asked Nancy to share some of her favorite memories from working at Leon & Lulu.  She had a long list, but we narrowed it down to a funny one.  Our motto is "Sit, Relax, Take a Nap".  Sometimes our customers take this to heart and occasionally fall asleep on the furniture.  In one instance, the store was closing and Nancy had been keeping an eye on a particular sleeping customer for a while.  Well, the store had past closing time and everyone was waiting to head home.  This customer was still knocked out on a sofa and Nancy was the candidate to check in on him.  In her final attempt to wake the "Drunk or Dead" customer she finally got the man to wake up.  After some wobbling and encouragement the customer finally left.  Everyone was relieved that he was probably just a little drunk, not dead!
