Refund policy

Leon & Lulu is happy to offer a 30 day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, please contact us at online@leonandlulu.com or give us a call at 248-288-3600.  Please let us know briefly why you would like to return your product and then If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with shipping instructions.  Please note that: all return shipping labels must be paid for by the customer.  We do offer free size exchanges on clothing items and in that situation shipping fees will be waived.  Returns of online purchases can also be made in store.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or mis-shipped so that we can fix the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot accept returns of food, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Lampe fuel or personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale item and gifts cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges 
Please call us at once so we can reserve the item you need. We will hold it pending return of the original item and ship as soon as the return arrives.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note: we will credit you at once but it can take as long as 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your card.
